We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge of 80% of the scheduled service. No-Call / No-Shows will be required to pay 50% of their service total upfront before being allowed to rebook. Failure to pay may result in being blocked from future bookings until the balance is paid in full. We value your time — and ours.
